We have had a banner week this week!
After less than two months, we harvested our first crop for Iron Gate on May 18th. Debra, the Kitchen Manager at Iron Gate, savored the beautiful greens: lettuce, mustard greens, spinach and one kohlrabi plant!
Then today Mauldin and Janet Ray delivered beautiful plants for our summer garden: tomatoes, basil, parsley, and peppers - all grown from seed from their garden.
